decendant of the edney/jones, diamond/edney, lance/mire, daft/mire, drake/mire  (blacksmith, machineist, ex-bis owner) All the mirefamily and farm hands lived on the pioneer farm just southwest of holt, michigan until the 1950's when when bertha sold it.
