  • Will, 5 SEP 1900: "Know all men by these presents:
    That I, Jane W. White, of Wintersport, in the County of Waldo and the State of Maine, being of sound and disposing mind, do make publish and declare, this my last will and testament.
    That after the payment of debts if any, my funeral charges, and any expense of my administration, I dispose of my estate as follows.

    First. I give, bequeath and devise, all the property of whatever name or nature that I die possessed of to Horace L White, Annie E. Hardon, Charles F. McGlathry [? Charles Franklin McGlathery], and Arletta Jane Parker, to be divided among them.

    Second. I hereby appoint B. J. Pendleton, sole executor of this my last will and testament, but if he should not survive me, Charles F. Gordon may be executor of this will.

    In witness whereas, I hereto set my hand this Twenty fifth day of September A. D. 1900.

    Signed, sealed, published, and declared by the said Jane W. White, to be her last will and testament, in the presence of us, who, at her request, in her presence and in the presence of each, have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

    As a Probate Court held in Belfast, in and for the County of Waldo, on the 10th of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten.

    On the FORGOING PETITION, notice thereof having been given pursuant to the order of the Court and the hearing having been had, it is determined and decreed that the actual market value of the said property, the persons interested and their shares therein and the amount of tax thereon are as follows:
