Query, 1/18/2007: Theories have been that Abigail Bryan? (wife of Thomas Bonner) could be Abigail Daw, daughter of Nicholas Daw and Abigail Wallace; or Abigail Jones, daughter of Edward Jones; or Abigail Butt, daughter of Richard Butt and Dinah. (I don't know where these guesses came from)
Research into each of these specific families shows these are not that likely (see notes in each of the links above). So I'm going with the theory of "Bryan". Of course, she could still be a Daw, Butt, or Jones - just not the parents suggested above.
