His obituary listed three daughters, Margaret Kuster, Mary Ellen St. Clair and Mary Elizabeth St. Clair and two sons. Only Margaret and Mary Ellen were listed with him in 1920, 1930 & 1940 so I suspect the other three children were born to his second wife, Elizabeth, who he married in 1945 in Tipton, MI.

Mrs. Lucille St. Clair, 63, Akron, died at 7 a.m. Monday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Margaret Kuste, Valisparaiso, Ind., following one-years illness. She was a former West Lafayette and Coshocton resident.
She was born July 20, 1890, at Lancaster, a daughter of Rev. C. E. and Mary Mickle Sheppard.
surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Kusten and Miss Mary St. Clair, of Seattle, and three grandchildren.
She received her early education in the public schools of Cambridge and at West Maryland College, Westminster, Md. after graduation she taught school for one year. For the past several years she had been employed at the school of nursing at Akron city hospital.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Akron, and of the Ohio Poetry society.
the funeral will be Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the Bonnell-O'Neil Funeral Home, West Lafayette. Dr. Paul McKay, of Akron will officiate.
Burial will be in Fairfield Cemetery.
