• Newspaper, : Floyd A. Bailey passed away on Saturday January 27, 2007. Funeral services will be on Fridy, February 2, 2007 at the Coquille First Assembly of God Church. Floyd A. Bailey was born October 21, 1928 in Konawa, Oklahoma to James and Evaline Buckley Bailey. He was married to EmmaLou Esther Roberts on November 20, 1949 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Floyd was ordained with the Assemblies of God in 1955. He was a pastor and evangelist most of his life, with the majority of his ministry being in Oregon. He and EmmaLou moved to Coquille in 1998. Floyd is survived by his wife, EmmaLou of Coquille; son and his wife Roger and Cheryl Bailey of Roseburg, Oregon; son, Marvin Bailey of Sutherlin, Oregon; daughter and her husband, Kathy and Chris Walter of Redmond, Oregon; brothers, Robert Bailey of Tecumseh, Oklahoma; Ed Bailey of Morris, Oklahoma; and Monroe Bailey of Collinsville, Oklahoma; sister, Anna Bell Atwood of Smith Center, Kansas; and Loretta Cammack of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
