Israel Tripp Deyo [Binghamton, N.Y.], son of Richard and Caroline (Acherd) Deyo, was born in Union, N.Y., Jan. 28, 1854; fitted for college at High School, Binghamton, N.Y. Prin., Whitney's Point Acad., Whitney's Point, N.Y., '79-'80; Tea. of Eng. Hist. at State Normal College, Cortland, N.Y., '81-'82; studied law at the office of Hon. D.H.
