Mrs. Mary Lucas Ryan, 79, of 182 Hasbrouck Avenue, died Sunday in this city after an illness of several months. Born in Plattekill, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Plass Lucas and lived most of her life in Kingston. She was the widow of Michael Ryan. Surviving are two sons, Edward Lucas of Newburgh and John Brodhead of Kingston; four daughters, Mrs. Margaret Williams, Mrs. Mary Williams, Mrs. Helen Williams and Mrs. Catherine Cline; a sister, Mrs. Lillian Feasel, all of Kingston; 22 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. from the James M. Murphy Funeral Home 176 Broadway, thence to St. Mary's Church where at 10 a.m. a high requiem Mass will be offered for the repose of her soul. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home this evening from 7 to 9 and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
