Death | 12 MAR 1814 | Most likely near the former town of Mica (now part of Ft. A. P. Hill) |
Married first Ann Hubbard, mother of all of his children.
Married second Sarah Taliaferro (unknown parents). According the book of Taylor genealogy by Ann Spotswood Dandridge for her step mother, Mary Elizabeth (Taylor) Bliss Dandridge (daughter of Pres. Zachary Taylor), Sarah Taliferro first married unknown Catlett.
Married third Elizabeth Fitzhugh, probably the widow of Francis Conway, d. 1794, & probably the daughter of John Fitzhugh & Alice Thornton.
His home, Midway, was known locally as the old Catlett or old Taylor place. It was demolished when Ft. A. P. Hill was established. All known graves were moved to various cemeteries outside the area of Ft. A. P. Hill but I have been unable to find them.
