Everett James Hutchison, 92, of Trinway, Ohio entered Heaven triumphant Wednesday morning, June 11, 2014 surrounded by his loving family.

Born June 2, 1922 in Conesville, Ohio he was a son of the late Virgil and Edith (Garrett) Hutchison and he attended school in Conesville. Everett worked for Pennsylvania Railroad early in his life and then worked for the Clow Corporation, retiring in 1984 after 40 years of service.

A lifelong farmer, he was happiest when working outside. He also served as janitor at Trinway United Methodist Church for many years. On December 26, 1941 he married the love of his life, Agnes Juanita Holdsworth, who preceded him in death on August 16, 1997 after 55 years of marriage.

Surviving are three daughters, Judy Miller, Emily (Don) Gephart and Kathy (Keith) Radcliffe; one son, James Hutchison; one sister, Dora Belle Smailes; two brothers, Raymond (Judy) Hutchison and Ronald (Diane) Hutchison; two sisters in-law, Joan Holdsworth of Conesville and Gladys Dobson. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents and his wife, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth and John Hutchison; three sisters, Vivian Hutchison, Norma Schlarb and Beverly Parsons; a son in-law, Bernard Miller and a great grandson, Taylor Crothers.

Everett will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by not only his family but by his extended family at Tim Horton's in Coshocton and his neighbors in Trinway.

Calling hours will be 5-8pm Friday, June 13, 2014 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 714 Main Street and also for one hour prior to the funeral service. The funeral services will be 11am Saturday, June 14, 2014 at the funeral home with Rev. Sharon Williamson and Rev. Carl Schaefer officiating. Burial will be in Dresden Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Genesis Hospice, 713 Forest Avenue, Zanesville, Ohio 43701.
