~~Obituary~~
Tony Shields Music, son of Andrew Jackson and Mary Alice Music, was born at Freeman, January 28, 18882, and passed away at his home at Cleveland at the age of 62 years, 1 month, and 5 days.

Mr Music was preceded in death by his parents, seven brothers, and one sister.

Tony was married to Miss Mary Margaret Walker, June 17, 1924, at Burke, South Dakota. Mr and Mrs Music made their home at Gregory, S Dakota, until five years ago when they moved to Missouri.

Mr Music is survived by his wife, Mary Margaret, of the home and four children by a former marriage, John J. of Philadelphia, Penn, Kermit W. of Vallejo, Calif, Mrs Walter (Verna) Miller, of Cleveland and Evelyn Marie of Kansas City and one sister, Mrs Ranard (Maud) Ziegler, of Rockville, Mo; ten grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends who mourn his passing.

He was a member of the IOOF lodge at Gregory SD, where he served faithfully until moving to Missouri. Tony was a coach and manager of the Junior League baseball team and carried the state honors of the state in 1934. He also played on the town team for a number of years.

Tony enjoyed living near his sister, Mrs Ranard Ziegler and his daughter, Verna, for the past five years.

Card of Thanks- Through the medium of the Democrat we wish to express our loving appreciation to all those who so thoughtfully and kindly assisted us during the illness and after the death of him we so dearly love. Especially do we thank those friends and neighbors, who furnished the lunch, the community for the lovely spray, and all others, who in any way sought to lighten our burden of sorrow.-Signed: Mary Music, Mr and Mrs Walter Miller and Peggy Joyce Miller, Mr and Mrs Ranard Ziegler and Mr and Mrs George Baird. 3-9-44 Missourian
