John Brooke, 7th Lord Cobham (of Kent) was born after 1446.2 He was the son of Edward Brooke, 6th Lord Cobham (of Kent) and Elizabeth Tuchet.1 He married, firstly, Eleanor Austell.2 He married, secondly, Margaret Neville, daughter of Sir Edward Neville, 1st Lord Abergavenny and Katherine Howard, before 1481.3 He died on 9 March 1511/12. John Brooke, 7th Lord Cobham (of Kent) succeeded to the title of 7th Lord Cobham [E., 1313] on 19 August 1472.1 From 1491 to 1492 he was in an expedition to Flanders with King Henry VII.2 He fought in the Cornish insurrection at Blackheath on 24 June 1497, with Lord Abergavenny.2 Child of John Brooke, 7th Lord Cobham (of Kent) and Margaret Neville

Margaret Neville was the daughter of Sir Edward Neville, 1st Lord Abergavenny and Katherine Howard.1 She married John Brooke, 7th Lord Cobham (of Kent), son of Edward Brooke, 6th Lord Cobham (of Kent) and Elizabeth Tuchet, before 1481.1 She died on 30 September 1506.1 She was buried at Cobham, Kent, England.2 From before 1481, her married name became Brooke.1 Child of Margaret Neville and John Brooke, 7th Lord Cobham (of Kent)
